DNA WARRANTY INFORMATION

DNA LIMITED WARRANTY

DNA Products have a one year limited warranty.  This warranty starts on the date of the invoice for that item.  This warranty covers all material and workmanship defects.  In the event that an item needs to  be returned within the warranty period, you must first contact the original seller ( dealer ) of that part  to  obtain an RMA ( Return Material  authorization ).  At DNA’s discretion we will replace or repair the part at no cost to you.  DNA will not be responsible for any cost of labor associated with the part in question

DNA LIMITED CHROME WARRANTY

DNA Chrome warranty is one year from date of invoice.  User care and maintenance plays a large role in the condition and care of the product.  Products should be cleaned with a solution of mild soap and water.
You may wax the product if you chose with a high quality
carnuba wax which contains no abrasives.

Their may be small flaws or marks in time which do not constitute a flawed product. There may be corrosion defects due to salt  spray from ocean areas or snow areas. 
Chrome exposed  to improper care or cleaning, and or corrosive chemicals are not covered by the warranty. Products may be returned after receiving an RMA. We cannot and will not ship out replacement product until the returned product has been received by DNA and has been inspected, and determined product is eligible for warranty replacement.  We will make every effort to ship replacement product in a timely manner, however there may be times due to manufacturing delays or schedules that the product will not be immediately available.  We will not liable for any labor or other cost incurred beyond the original cost of the product.   

DNA FRAME WARRANTY
DNA frames are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from original date of purchase.  DNA will not be liable for any paint or labor cost under any circumstances. Our frames are made with custom applications in mind.  We strongly suggest “mocking up the frames with other  parts prior to any painting or frame modifications.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY

All warranties are nontransferable, limited to or through original retail purchaser of the product only. The warranty starts from date of purchase ( invoice date ) from DNA. If the product was purchased from a dealer: the warranty date will be from the original date of invoice: not from the purchase date from the dealer.  Repair or replacement of product is your sole and exclusive option from DNA.

DNA is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.  Implied warranties are limited to one year from purchase(invoice) date.  There are no express or implied warranties beyond those set forth in this document. DNA reserves the right at our discretion to investigate all warranty claims. 

EXCHANGES/MISSING PRODUCT
Missing product, damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product. You mount it, you use it, it’s yours. No exchanges after 30 days from the invoice date.

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY
1)  Any wheels or accessories which has been exposed to racing, misuse, negligence, improper installation or
     collision or damage from wheel weight.

2)  Damage resulting from road debris or road hazards.

3)  Damage from the use of improper cleaning materials or solutions: including abrasives, compounds  and acids.

4)  Any wheel installed incorrectly or on a vehicle other than the wheel was designed for.

5)  Any wheel or accessory  which has been modified or altered by a party other than DNA.

6)  Corrosion or defects not applicable to manufacturing defects or material defect.

7)  Damage due to unlawful operation.

8)  Labor, paint or any other costs incurred by DNA in connection to any warranty claim.

DNA Specialty Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, DNA Specialty Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
